Terms of service

Effective October 7, 2026

BuildWalker is a service of Chameleon Software Inc. ("BuildWalker", "we"), a Canadian company. These terms apply when you buy a BuildWalker walkthrough on this website. By paying, you agree to them.

What you get

• A link to a walkable, furnished 3D version of the home or room on the plan you send us, built at real size.
• One round of changes: you walk through it, send us one list with as many items as you want, and we make every change on it and send the updated link back.
• The right to share the link with anyone you like, such as buyers, clients or your contractor.

More rounds of changes, rendered images and files in other formats are not part of the price. Ask us and we will quote them separately. We confirm your delivery date after we have looked at your plan.

Paying

Prices are in Canadian dollars. You pay at checkout through Stripe, our payment provider; we never see or store your card number. Pilot prices apply to orders paid while they are shown on this website.

Your plan and files

You confirm that you have the right to share the plans, photos and notes you send us. We use them only to build your walkthrough and make your changes. The walkthrough shows furniture and finishes to help people picture the space; it is not a construction drawing, and measurements are only as accurate as the plan they come from.

Refunds

• Before we start. You get a full refund if you ask before we start work, or within 24 hours of uploading your plan.
• If we can't build from your plan. If we can't build from the file you sent, we ask you for a better one first. If we still can't, you get a full refund.
• After delivery. Once we have sent you the walkthrough link, the order is not refundable.

If your home is a different size

You pick the size tier when you pay. Size means the finished floor area, excluding garage and unfinished basement, as shown on your plan. We check it before we start work.

• Larger than the tier you paid for: we send you a Stripe invoice for the difference between the two pilot prices, and we start once it is paid.
• Smaller than the tier you paid for: we refund the difference between the two pilot prices.

Liability

We do our best to build every walkthrough faithfully from your plan. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you pay applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and of Canada.
